SIGNATURE WORKSHOP

From Goal to Outcome

What’s Your Goal?

A clear goal does not always produce the outcome we intended.

We can communicate, correct, support, lead, or build systems with one goal in mind and still produce a different outcome. This workshop gives participants time to examine what is happening in that gap. What are our actions actually producing? What are people responding to? Where might the response, support, or system be out of alignment with the goal? Participants work through what may be driving the mismatch and identify what needs to change to move closer to the intended outcome.

Correction Without
Disconnection

What’s Your Goal?

PARTICIPANTS LEAVE BETTER EQUIPPED TO:

We correct to clarify expectations, address behavior, improve performance, or protect a standard. But how correction is delivered shapes what people hear and how they respond. When the response becomes defensiveness, shutdown, compliance without understanding, or distance, the goal and the outcome are no longer aligned.

This workshop examines that gap and helps participants address what needs to be addressed without creating unnecessary disconnection in the process.

Student Pathways Workshop

It’s A Different World

What’s Your Goal?

College access work often focuses on getting students accepted. This workshop focuses on what happens after the yes. Students examine the expectations, decisions, unfamiliar systems, and real-life situations that can shape whether they are able to navigate the transition and keep moving toward their goals. Through honest conversation, practical scenarios, and guided reflection, students identify potential jump scares, clarify what matters to them, and build a stronger plan for navigating a world that may look very different from the one they know.
