Students are being asked to choose pathways before they have had enough space to understand themselves. This interactive info session introduces TL Collaborative Student Pathways and how schools and organizations can bring this structured support to students and families.

About the event
We ask students what they want to do with their lives, but we rarely stop to understand what their lives have been doing.
A list of careers is not a pathway.
A student can check every box and still have no idea what actually fits them.
Their grades will not tell you everything.
Neither will a career assessment.
How about we allow them the time to understand who they are, how they think, what they care about, where they tend to get stuck, and what kind of support helps them follow through.
